Beer in the lobby at check-in

I received a Drekker beer at the lobby bar during check-in, which stood out among the other area hotels. My room featured a wall painted with beer labels and a kitchen sink, while the market downstairs provided woodfire pizza and coffee. I spent my evenings playing pinball machines in the open-air common areas before retiring to my quiet room on the upper floors of the building.

Sauna inside the downtown fitness center

I used the sauna after a morning workout in the spacious gym, which also included four treadmills and a cable machine. My room on a higher floor provided panoramic views of downtown Fargo. I ate dinner at Rosewild, the restaurant on the main level, and enjoyed breakfast there the next morning.

Full kitchen setup in the suite

I prepared meals in my suite using the full-size fridge, range top, and dishwasher. Getting ready for the day felt effortless with the full-length mirror located by the door. I relaxed on the outdoor patio with the grill area during the warm evening. The shuttle driver provided transport to the airport at the end of my two-night visit.

Soaps on the shower wall

I used the Dove toiletries from the containers mounted on the shower wall in my room. The bathroom contained ample towels and washcloths, while the bed featured a choice of support levels for the pillows. Since the building sits right off the highway, I easily found restaurants and gas stations within walking distance of the entrance.

I stayed in Room 15, crafted by a local glass blower and filled with shelves of glass creations. Cabinets held his work while barn doors opened to the closet and bathroom. After the wine and cheese hour in the gathering room, I enjoyed the rooftop view of town.

Hot tub access during a stay

I used the hot tub in the pool area after walking my dog on the nearby grass. My two bedroom suite had a kitchen with a freezer, which let me store snacks for my stay. I heated my breakfast oatmeal in the suite while my husband had coffee and eggs before we departed.

I used the complimentary airport shuttle service when I arrived in Fargo. My room featured laminated wood floors instead of carpeting and a modern double shower head. I parked my car in the attached parking garage throughout my visit. Every Sunday, I ate the breakfast buffet served on the second level of the hotel.
